After earning her Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in 1999, Elisa Ritt moved to Los Angeles to begin her career in film and television casting. In 2003, she chose to follow in her father’s footsteps, becoming a second-generation, top-producing real estate broker.
In 2014, Elisa partnered with Anthony Stellini and Sherri Rogers to form RSR Group (Rogers + Stellini + Ritt), the respected brand they continue to lead today.
