Elise is an Associate Real Estate Broker and Managing Partner of the Edward Hickey Team at Compass, serving clients throughout Westchester and New York City. She joined Compass in 2015 and is proud to be one of the firm’s Founding Agents in Westchester County. Her team was among the first at Compass to bring a data-driven, strategic approach to the Westchester market, helping buyers and sellers make informed and confident real estate decisions.

Before entering real estate, Elise began her career as a Sales Manager at L’Oréal USA, where she led national teams. She later transitioned into marketing and new business development with luxury corporate brands. This background shaped her negotiation skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional service—qualities that continue to define her work today.

She values Bronxville’s unique balance of suburban charm and city accessibility—located just 15 miles north of Manhattan with a convenient 28-minute train ride to Grand Central. Having lived and worked in global markets, Elise continues to draw inspiration from New York City and its energy, diversity, and cultural richness.
