"To Prospective Home Buyers: My name is Diane Johnson and recently I sold my first home, after living in it for 46 years with the terrific help of Elissa Berkoff. I contacted Elissa l and 1/2 years or so before I decided to sell my home and she kept in touch with me for the entire time on a regular basis. I was surprised that she would follow through contacting me even though I had not decided to actually sell my home for such a long time.. Finally I did decide to sell my house. I worked on selling the house with Elissa from March 2018 until the final closing Aug. 3, 2018. In all the time I worked with Elissa, she never once failed to call me back or respond to any written E mails and texts. Even though she was extraordinarily busy, getting in touch with her was very easy. Elissa advised me on many many things. My home was definitely a fixer upper and my goal was to sell it without investing almost any money into it. My husband had died two and 1/2 years ago and I didn't have a clue how to proceed. It was filled to the brim with 46 years of living life as theatre artists and raising two children. Many, many things had to be analyzed and checked out in the house before we could access its actual value. Elissa helped me find experts to do all that was needed.
