About Elizabeth V.
You might say that real estate is in her blood. The daughter of a carpenter, Elizabeth formed an interest in architecture and building craftsmanship at an early age growing up in Chicago.

When she and her family bought a multi-family home in Crown Heights, Brooklyn over 18 years ago, she developed that interest by managing the renovation from the ground up — from designing the initial layout to selecting unique fixtures to supervising subcontractors. Today she manages the property and her tenants. As a result, she knows firsthand that her clients’ real estate needs are more than just transactions. They are about growing families, building businesses, and realizing dreams.

Having lived and worked in NYC for more than 25 years, Elizabeth has become a local expert — knowing the best tea shops, most reliable plumbers, and the friendliest dog parks. Her local knowledge of NYC is complemented by her global perspective — having lived in Spain, Brazil and India. Whether it's appreciating Basque architecture, participating in Bahian traditions, riding rickshaws in Mumbai, or celebrating her own Puerto Rican and African-American blended customs, Elizabeth's international experience enables her to collaborate and connect with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Whether you are buying or selling a home, Elizabeth will guide you through the nuances of each transaction. As a licensed attorney, she understands real estate law and will avidly negotiate on your behalf. In her career as a real estate broker — over $15M in sales and 40+ transactions — she has built long lasting relationships with developers, real estate attorneys, mortgage lenders, and other industry professionals to provide you with a competitive advantage to close the deal.

Elizabeth is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Columbia University, and Lake Forest Academy, where she serves on the Board of Trustees. She is also a member of the New York State bar.

Elizabeth was a dream to work with . . . She explained the process thoroughly, set my expectations realistically -- and then wildly exceeded them!

— Allison, Park Slope

Elizabeth is so wonderful! Our house sale in Brooklyn was a stressful one as we were purchasing a property elsewhere, and she was so helpful in guiding, advocating, communicating thoroughly and quickly with all parties, and so kind and easy to work with. We knew what to expect from the onset (especially regarding photos/open houses with respect to the fact we had young kids) and I cannot recommend her enough!

— Matthew & Kendall, Prospect Lefferts Garden

Elizabeth was great: responsive, friendly and did wonders helping us prepare our house for sale. We recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking to sell a place in Brooklyn. We stayed in our house during the open houses and have two small kids! Elizabeth was understanding and gave us great tips and staged our house to look great.

— Crystal & David, Park Slope

Elizabeth is an amazing broker and was instrumental in our NYC home search. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable as we explored fixer uppers but eventually decided on a ready to move-in space. Her experience with the process from all sides was extremely helpful and much appreciated, especially as first-time NYC buyers who needed some additional hand holding. She went above and beyond during our journey.

— Kristen & Mike, Bedford Stuyvesant

Elizabeth was incredible to work with as we were looking to purchase our home in Brooklyn. She was responsive to all our questions, she advocated for us to the sellers, and she provided many names and numbers for the various people we would need to close on the house (lenders, lawyers, etc). She’s very friendly and easy to work with and you know that she wants to help you get that most perfect home.

— Kendall, Crown Heights

Elizabeth is a breath of fresh air and a beacon of hope for all those looking for a place to live in New York. She is extremely kind, works quickly, and asks all the right questions. Her advice comes from a place of caring. She takes into considerations all your wants & needs . . . I have never met a broker easier to work with.
