As a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Compass and a New York State attorney, I bring legal insight, market expertise, and a technology-driven approach to residential real estate across Brooklyn and Manhattan. For more than nine years, I’ve helped buyers, sellers, investors, and first-time homebuyers navigate the complexities of the New York City real estate market with confidence and ease.
Real estate has always been personal for me. Growing up in Chicago as the daughter of a carpenter, I developed an early appreciation for architecture, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design. That interest became practical experience years later when my family and I moved into and renovated a multi-family home in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, where I managed the renovation from layout design to contractor oversight.
I continue to own and manage the property and our tenants today, giving me firsthand experience with homeownership, renovation, property management, and multi-family investing in Brooklyn. Because of that experience, I understand that real estate decisions are rarely just transactions—they’re about growing families, building businesses, creating wealth, and realizing dreams.
Having lived and worked in New York City for more than 25 years, I bring deep neighborhood knowledge across Brooklyn and Manhattan, with particular experience in Crown Heights, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Bushwick, Park Slope, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn Heights, the Upper West Side, Chelsea, and the West Village. My experience spans condos, co-ops, townhouses and brownstones, multi-family properties, new development, and investment properties.
I also bring a global perspective shaped by living in Spain, Brazil, and India. As a person of multicultural background, I value the role that cultural fluency plays in NYC real estate, where buyers and sellers often come from diverse cultural and international backgrounds. That perspective helps me thoughtfully navigate the personal, cultural, and financial nuances that can shape multigenerational and cross-border real estate decisions.
Over the years, I’ve helped clients navigate first-time home purchases, retirement, relocations, new development acquisitions, estate sales, brownstone restorations, condo conversions, and investment purchases. Clients often work with me because they want an advisor who understands not only the financial and legal aspects of real estate, but also the human and cultural dynamics behind their decisions.
Whether you’re buying or selling a home or looking to grow your real estate portfolio, I’ll guide you through every step of the process and negotiate strategically on your behalf. I’ve also built long-standing relationships with developers, real estate attorneys, mortgage lenders, contractors, and other industry professionals who can help give my clients an advantage throughout the transaction.
If you’re considering buying, selling, or investing in Brooklyn or Manhattan real estate, let’s talk.
Elizabeth was a dream to work with . . . She explained the process thoroughly, set my expectations realistically -- and then wildly exceeded them!
— Allison, Park Slope
Elizabeth is so wonderful! Our house sale in Brooklyn was a stressful one as we were purchasing a property elsewhere, and she was so helpful in guiding, advocating, communicating thoroughly and quickly with all parties, and so kind and easy to work with. We knew what to expect from the onset (especially regarding photos/open houses with respect to the fact we had young kids) and I cannot recommend her enough!
— Matthew & Kendall, Prospect Lefferts Garden
Elizabeth was great: responsive, friendly and did wonders helping us prepare our house for sale. We recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking to sell a place in Brooklyn. We stayed in our house during the open houses and have two small kids! Elizabeth was understanding and gave us great tips and staged our house to look great.
— Crystal & David, Park Slope
Elizabeth is an amazing broker and was instrumental in our NYC home search. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable as we explored fixer uppers but eventually decided on a ready to move-in space. Her experience with the process from all sides was extremely helpful and much appreciated, especially as first-time NYC buyers who needed some additional hand holding. She went above and beyond during our journey.
— Kristen & Mike, Bedford Stuyvesant
Elizabeth was incredible to work with as we were looking to purchase our home in Brooklyn. She was responsive to all our questions, she advocated for us to the sellers, and she provided many names and numbers for the various people we would need to close on the house (lenders, lawyers, etc). She’s very friendly and easy to work with and you know that she wants to help you get that most perfect home.
— Kendall, Crown Heights
Elizabeth is a breath of fresh air and a beacon of hope for all those looking for a place to live in New York. She is extremely kind, works quickly, and asks all the right questions. Her advice comes from a place of caring. She takes into considerations all your wants & needs . . . I have never met a broker easier to work with.
— Katelyn, Bedford Stuyvesant
