Elizabeth Averbuch

Having lived in Nashville, Tennessee for most of her life, Elizabeth has always had a strong
passion for creativity and relationship-building. After attending The Harpeth Hall School, she
graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and
Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Real Estate, where she
developed a strong background in marketing, branding, and real estate.

Elizabeth’s passion for marketing and real estate naturally led her to a career where she can
combine creativity with meaningful client relationships. She first joined The Erin Krueger Team
as a summer intern and, after earning her real estate license, transitioned into a full-time role.
With experience in social media and real estate marketing, she loves bringing homes and brands
to life through thoughtful storytelling and engaging content. Her positive energy and people-first
mindset allow her to create genuine connections while helping clients feel confident throughout
the process.

In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys trying new Nashville restaurants and coffee shops, traveling,
going to concerts, cheering on Alabama football, and spending quality time with friends and
family.
