They walked through our house, and then we sat down and figured out a game plan together to help us get our house in the best condition possible to get a good price, while also taking into account our timeline for doing showings, packing, moving, finding a new house, starting a new job, and all of the other demands of our generally busy lives with two full-time jobs and young children. They then followed up with a detailed plan in writing with all of the steps for getting our house ready. We valued this guidance and support so much, and they truly helped us make a stressful process so much easier. We ended up getting a ton of interest in our house, and Rachael communicated with multiple other agents on offers and brokered the best possible deal for us.
