Elizabeth Dougherty

Returning to her native Miami in 2003, Elizabeth Dougherty began her real estate career in earnest, having initially entered the field in Aspen, Colorado. The past 20 years have been focused on dedicating her expertise and attention to supporting buyers and sellers of premium properties in South Florida. Knowledgeable and experienced, Elizabeth is a trusted advisor within the community, respected professionally as well as for her altruistic spirit.

Dougherty's diverse background encompasses pre-construction sales, general real estate and leasing, as well as design consultation and construction management of luxury condominiums and homes. Whether supporting local or international clientele, Elizabeth provides start to finish guidance with the skills that have earned her a loyal following and a strong client retention record. 

Elizabeth holds a bachelor's degree from Regis University in Communications. She was licensed in 2004, earned her broker's license in 2006, and has received numerous awards for outstanding sales performance. Dougherty possesses additional certifications and designations such as the 1031 Tax Deferred Real Estate Exchange and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
