Elizabeth has handled eleven real estate transactions for me over nearly 20 years. I keep going back to her because I trust that she will have my back. She knows my taste and what I'm willing to tolerate in a negotiation. She goes above and beyond, always. - Leann D.

Elizabeth is simply amazing! As first time home buyers, she made the process for us as simple as it could be. She was always available for a phone call, guided us through all of the logistics, made things easy for us to understand, and was always responsive to us and working with the selling realtor. She also did a great job in connecting us with various people as we looked to make sure our home was in good order or if we wanted upgrades (home inspector, roof, flooring, etc.) I would highly recommend her to anyone, whether you are a first time home buyer, or going through the process again. My wife and I could not have been happier to have her by our side throughout the process! - Stefan B.

"Elizabeth did a tremendous job in helping us sell our mother's house. The home was very outdated and she gave us wonderful advice in what things we needed to change to make it appealing to buyers and what things we could leave as is. Because of her recommendations, the house sold to the first potential buyers who came to see it. We loved the advertising she did for the home and her connections in Great Falls and the realty business gave our listing a wide range of viewers. She was very easy to get in touch with when we had questions and she worked hard to help us get through some of the issues that came up prior to settlement. She is a lovely person and our family is very grateful for all she did to help us sell the house. "

"Elizabeth is professional, ethical, connected, and caring. She knows the market and uses her expertise to serve her clients in the best way possible. When our buyer threatened to pull out at the last minute because of a contingency that they did not communicate via our contract, Elizabeth worked tirelessly, used her vast connections, and ensured that our settlement happened. She went above and beyond to problem solve and spared us from having to maintain two mortgages, which would have been an incredible hardship She is willing to go above and beyond for her clients. Who could ask for more?"

"Elizabeth facilitated a challenging sale into a smooth sale. Her expertise in the market area and in the negotiating arena are outstanding. I never had to worry about anything falling through the cracks and she represented me at closing because I moved out of town. She helped assuage any concerns that buyer had and worked very hard on my behalf. She worked to get me the best deal on the sale of my home."

About Elizabeth
A text banner describing Elizabeth Hajost
Elizabeth was born and raised in New York City, but is grateful to now call Northern Virginia her home for the past 26 years. She made her way to the DMV after living and working in a handful of other cities; Chicago while getting her MBA at Northwestern, Houston, Atlanta, Great Falls for 24 years, and now Ashburn since 2020! Elizabeth’s diverse background of moving and living in different cities, has given her a first-hand understanding of the emotional importance of laying down roots and building a life through home buying and selling. She uses the versatile tools, acquired during her 23 year career in business to business and professional services marketing, to stand-out as a Realtor and provide exceptional results for her clients.

The core belief around which Elizabeth operates her business is that her clients hire her individually, not a team. Her highest value comes from getting to know each of her clients personally, knowing that a successful transaction is best achieved through a deep understanding of each client’s unique situation. Buying or selling a home is arguably one of life’s most pivotal milestones, and Elizabeth truly takes that responsibility and trust to heart.

After 19+ years as a Realtor, she has seen many unusual situations, some of which would curl your hair! The dynamic part of her role is neither knowing what a client will need at the start nor what will come up during the buying or selling journey. Elizabeth uses her business and real estate experience to creatively adapt so the process works best for each client’s situation and objectives. The result of Elizabeth’s unique approach is that approximately 95% of Elizabeth’s business comes from referrals and repeat clients. The biggest compliment is becoming someone’s ‘Realtor for life.’

In Elizabeth’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, but the apple of her eye is her adorable French bulldog, Meatball! She is ALWAYS happy to talk about dogs with anyone who will indulge her. If you’re looking to buy or sell, Elizabeth is here to not only make your real estate journey successful, but also fun! Why can’t it be both?
