All things “Home” have always been Elizabeth’s passion – building from the ground up, remodeling, designing, or finding the perfect property for her clients. For over 20 years, she has maintained an active Texas real estate license and has been involved in some of the largest transactions in Austin. Now that her family has officially settled into life in Aspen, she is eager to begin her real estate career in the Roaring Fork Valley.

With 17+ years and counting in the interior design world owning and operating her own design firm, Elizabeth Stanley Design, and extensive experience building and remodeling homes, she brings a unique lens to the house-hunting process. She doesn’t just see a property as it is; she sees what it can be. Having just completed building a new home in Aspen, she also understands the complexity of residential construction in Pitkin County.

Whether walking through a fixer-upper or a finished luxury estate, her unique skillsets go above and beyond to help clients:

• Advice on styling and staging: Help to realize full value of a property.

• Curate the Space: Utilizing years of interior design work and love for art – a decade of service on the Austin Contemporary Museum Board - to find homes that perfectly showcase art collections and lifestyle.

She is also fully immersed in the "Aspen Life" as a mom. With a love of the outdoors and three kids currently in 7th, 5th, and 4th grades, she is navigating both Aspen Country Day School and Aspen Middle School and can offer first-hand advice on both the private and public school systems.
