Elizabeth Unger

Elizabeth is a third-generation REALTOR®, CPA and fourth-generation Native Nashvillian. She is an award-winning member of the Greater Nashville, Tennessee, and National Associations of REALTORS®. In 2025, Elizabeth was recognized by RealTrends Verified as being included in the top 1.5% of REALTORS® nationwide.

Elizabeth's passion for real estate started many years ago, growing up the daughter of two local REALTORS®. After graduating from the University of Tennessee with an Accounting degree, Elizabeth began her career in public accounting and later transitioned to corporate accounting in the music business industry. She graduated with a Masters of Accounting from Belmont University and worked her way through the ranks to Director of Accounting. In 2021, she refocused her love of working with people, numbers, and analysis to the real estate world. Following over two years of partnering with her mother, mentor, and now-retired award-winning REALTOR®, Vivian Brandon, Elizabeth now preserves Vivian's real estate legacy individually and by teaming up with fellow REALTOR®, Helen Milberg, in the E&H Fine Homes team.

Elizabeth draws upon her financial background as a CPA and puts to work her Greater Nashville REALTORS® Awards of Excellence distinction to advise clients on how to best formulate offers and maximize returns on one of the largest investments ever made, real estate. Whether collaborating with buyers or sellers, she strives to ensure that all clients have a stress-free experience, thorough guidance, and the most up-to-date expertise. 

Elizabeth is proud to represent local clients, those relocating to Nashville, and those investing from out of town. She works with Vanderbilt University and Medical Center to ensure new recruits and tenured employees flourish as homeowners in Nashville. Elizabeth and Helen also collaborate with Brazil Clark, PLLC, to serve trust, conservatorship, and family law clients. Elizabeth is truly grateful for each of her client's trust and considers it a privilege to work for you. 

Elizabeth and her husband, Ryan, have owned homes locally in Sylvan Park, West Meade, East Nashville, Brentwood, and Nolensville and have loved the unique community each area inspires. Outside of work, Elizabeth can be found spending time with her family, friends, and dogs, traveling, knitting, and volunteering at her son's school, Sunset Elementary in Brentwood. Elizabeth is a corporate sponsor at Sunset Elementary and contributes to public schools and other non-profit organizations in Davidson and Williamson Counties, prioritizing and honoring loved ones' and clients' neighborhoods, interests, and initiatives.
