"Elizabeth was an invaluable resource for us when it came to sell our home and buy a new home
simultaneously in a very competitive market. She helped us navigate an unpredictable situation, quickly
identified homes coming to market that fit our criteria. Elizabeth helped us to effectively negotiate within
our budget, while also juggling what ended up being a much more complicated than expected sale
process of our existing home. Her expertise and strong relationships in the area market, quick pivots in
an ever-changing environment, and calm, professional demeanor made us feel confident that our sale
and purchase were in the best possible hands."
★★★★★
"Knowledgeable. Strategic. Thorough. Impeccably Organized. Elizabeth was all of these things as we put our home of
25 years on the market and downsized to a co-op. From the very start when de-cluttering and staging were key, to
crafting a strategic marketing plan, to supporting us in negotiating with multiple offers Elizabeth was an invaluable
resource. When it came to finding a new home, she was incredibly helpful in understanding the market, negotiating
with the sellers, and assisting us through the co-op board approval process. Although buying and selling a home is
never easy or stress-free, we have no doubt that we couldn’t have found a better partner."

"Elizabeth was extremely helpful as our buyer's agent. When we set out to look at homes in a certain price range in Bronxville, she first sat down with us to really understand our needs. She was tireless from February to May showing us properties that included co-ops and townhouses that fell into our budget. We ultimately settled on a townhouse and Elizabeth guided us every step of the way through a multiple offer situation in a very busy spring market."

"My husband and I worked with Elizabeth when relocating back to New York from the west coast. We
knew that southern Westchester would be our home, but we weren’t sure which town. We quickly
learned that Elizabeth had strong knowledge of the entire areas we wanted to search. Given our
criteria, she helped us narrow down to the areas that made the most sense to us. We ultimately
landed in Bronxville and her knowledge of the market, town, community, and beyond were
invaluable throughout our buying process. It was a pleasure to work with Elizabeth and we will
recommend her to everyone we know!"

I’ve been working in real estate since 2012, building my practice in southern Westchester by serving as a steady, trusted advisor for clients navigating important life changes. I frequently work with families facing transitions such as settling estates, downsizing, or divorce—situations that require discretion, clarity, and thoughtful guidance.
I’m proud to be recognized year after year by Westchester Magazine, a reflection of the trust my clients place in me and the consistency of my work. My role extends beyond the transaction itself. I focus on helping clients make informed decisions, protecting their interests, and moving forward with confidence—especially when circumstances feel complex or emotional.
Before entering real estate, I spent many years in hospitality, tourism, and corporate sales. That experience shaped a collaborative, strategic approach rooted in strong fiduciary responsibility. I meet clients where they are, provide clear options, and guide each step without pressure or ego. Whether representing buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants, I remain focused on outcomes that align with each client’s goals.
I’ve lived in Westchester since 2007 and know the lower Westchester communities exceptionally well. I stay closely connected to the market by walking neighborhoods regularly, tracking local trends, and maintaining a hands-on understanding of what drives value in each area.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me in New York City with friends and family, staying active on the Peloton, enjoying a few rounds of golf, and, when time allows, getting away to Cape Cod or back to Indiana to spend time with family and close friends.
If you’re buying or selling in lower Westchester—especially during a time of change—I’d be happy to speak with you.
Best,
Elizabeth
