"Elizabeth was an invaluable resource for us when it came to sell our home and buy a new home
simultaneously in a very competitive market. She helped us navigate an unpredictable situation, quickly
identified homes coming to market that fit our criteria. Elizabeth helped us to effectively negotiate within
our budget, while also juggling what ended up being a much more complicated than expected sale
process of our existing home. Her expertise and strong relationships in the area market, quick pivots in
an ever-changing environment, and calm, professional demeanor made us feel confident that our sale
and purchase were in the best possible hands."
★★★★★
"Knowledgeable. Strategic. Thorough. Impeccably Organized. Elizabeth was all of these things as we put our home of
25 years on the market and downsized to a co-op. From the very start when de-cluttering and staging were key, to
crafting a strategic marketing plan, to supporting us in negotiating with multiple offers Elizabeth was an invaluable
resource. When it came to finding a new home, she was incredibly helpful in understanding the market, negotiating
with the sellers, and assisting us through the co-op board approval process. Although buying and selling a home is
never easy or stress-free, we have no doubt that we couldn’t have found a better partner."
★★★★★
"Elizabeth was extremely helpful as our buyer's agent. When we set out to look at homes in a certain price range in Bronxville, she first sat down with us to really understand our needs. She was tireless from February to May showing us properties that included co-ops and townhouses that fell into our budget. We ultimately settled on a townhouse and Elizabeth guided us every step of the way through a multiple offer situation in a very busy spring market."

"My husband and I worked with Elizabeth when relocating back to New York from the west coast. We
knew that southern Westchester would be our home, but we weren’t sure which town. We quickly
learned that Elizabeth had strong knowledge of the entire areas we wanted to search. Given our
criteria, she helped us narrow down to the areas that made the most sense to us. We ultimately
landed in Bronxville and her knowledge of the market, town, community, and beyond were
invaluable throughout our buying process. It was a pleasure to work with Elizabeth and we will
recommend her to everyone we know!"
Delivering exceptional service has always been the hallmark of my career. Long before entering residential real estate, I built my professional foundation with world-class hospitality organizations, including Hilton Worldwide and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Those experiences taught me that lasting relationships are earned through trust, responsiveness, thoughtful communication, and consistently exceeding client expectations. Those same principles continue to define my real estate business today.
I earned my real estate license in 2012 and, after a decade of building my business, expanding my expertise across a broad range of residential properties, and successfully guiding clients through increasingly complex transactions, earned my Associate Broker’s license in 2022.
Today, as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Compass, I bring that experience to a business that is intentionally hyper-local and deeply rooted in Southern Westchester. I advise buyers and sellers throughout Bronxville, Eastchester, Tuckahoe, Yonkers, and surrounding communities, with an understanding that real estate here can change significantly from one neighborhood—or even one street—to the next.
Knowing the local market means understanding far more than recent sales. It means appreciating the character of individual neighborhoods, the nuances of village and town boundaries, school districts, property taxes, commuting options, housing styles, co-op and condominium requirements, and the many factors that influence value and buyer demand. That local perspective allows me to provide clients with informed, practical advice tailored to the property, the neighborhood, and their individual goals.
Whether helping clients purchase their first home, prepare and position a property for sale, navigate an estate settlement, downsize, relocate, or move through another important life transition, I approach every assignment as a trusted advisor. I combine market knowledge, strategic positioning, thoughtful negotiation, and hands-on service to help clients make confident decisions. My goal is for every client to feel informed, supported, and well represented from our first conversation through closing—and beyond.
Much of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, something I consider one of the most meaningful measures of success. I am honored to have been recognized annually by Westchester Magazine and to be RealTrends Verified—recognition that reflects consistent performance and, most importantly, the trust clients have placed in me.
My husband, Bob, and I have called Southern Westchester home since 2007, raising our two children here while enjoying the extraordinary advantage of living in a close-knit community just a short train ride from New York City. Over the years, I have come to know this area not only as a real estate professional, but as a resident—its neighborhoods, homes, local businesses, parks, traditions, and the qualities that make each community distinctive.
I also cherish returning to Indiana, where I grew up and where my Midwestern roots remain an important part of my story. It is a place that keeps me connected to lifelong friendships, family memories, and the experiences that helped shape who I am today.
For me, real estate is both highly personal and highly local. Whether you are buying, selling, or simply considering what your next move might look like, I welcome the opportunity to share my experience, local perspective, and commitment to exceptional service.
