Bridget began her real estate career at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, where she quickly rose to become the #1 North Fork & Shelter Island Agent and a Top 5 Producer company-wide—outpacing colleagues with decades of experience. In March 2021, Bridget and Eric were recruited by Compass, the nation's top real estate brokerage, as Founding Agents in the North Fork market. The move aligned with their strategic approach, allowing them to better serve clients through Compass’s industry-leading marketing and technology platforms.
Before real estate, Bridget graduated with honors with a degree in Mandarin and Asian Studies. She launched her career in luxury brand development, working with LVMH in Hong Kong and San Francisco before joining Ralph Lauren to expand business operations in Japan and Mainland China. This global exposure to the luxury market seamlessly translated into her expertise in high-end real estate on the East End.

Born and raised on Long Island’s North Shore, Bridget attended The Greenvale School, Manhasset High School, and Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where she played both field hockey and lacrosse. Today, she, Eric, and their two daughters live in Greenport Village. She is also a board member of CAST (Community Action Southold Town), a vital nonprofit serving the North Fork community.
