Ellen’s return to sales comes after 25 years of New York real estate management. Over that time, Ellen held the positions of Senior Managing Director of 3 Downtown Offices, Westside Sales Office Senior Manager and Executive Vice President of the New Development Division at her former brokerage firm. She has seen it all!
With her vast experience and business connections, Ellen possesses a comprehensive understanding of NYC residential real estate. She is a savvy communicator who works tirelessly to negotiate the best transaction for each client, and she tries her hardest to make sure that everyone has a positive experience.
As a lifelong resident of The Village, Ellen is an expert in the neighborhood. Nonetheless her involvement with managing and selling in all New York locations gives her an enormous knowledge of the entire City.
Ellen serves on the board of her co-op. She bought her loft in the early 1980s, raised her filmmaker son Adam there and has an unmistakable understanding of the process and value of purchasing a home and being part of a community.
Ellen has a passion for film and the history of the movie industry. She creates unique collage artwork and is a superfan of the New York Yankees.
