"Ellen is the broker everyone needs when they’re looking for a new home…smart, savvy, and the ultimate advocate. I had not moved in 21 years so I truly valued Ellen’s financial thinking and neighborhood guidance. Her design eye – as impressive as her business smarts – enabled me to see how a studio apartment would work since I had to downscale from a one bedroom. In fact, without Ellen, I would’ve passed over the apartment that I absolutely love now! Ellen was tireless in handling every question with the management company and made the entire process seamless. If you want both a broker and an advocate to find a new home, work with Ellen!" - Erin

"Ellen was a strategic, compassionate, and significant ally in my search for a new home after I got the devastating news that I had to vacate my beautiful artist’s loft after 25 years in Midtown. I was crushed and overwhelmed by the daunting task of finding a suitable and affordable new home to rent in Manhattan. Fortunately I had Ellen’s calm and diligent guidance to show me what was possible. More than just a tour of spaces, she gave me hope. I was not an easy client, because in such despair. But her thorough, patient, good-hearted, and knowledgeable help saved me. Ellen is The Top Real Estate Agent to call upon to navigate the challenging and complex New York City market." - Flash
"I've heard such horror stories about navigating the New York market, and I'm happy to say that Ellen ensured that our search was a smooth one. We initially liked the first apartment she showed us, but changed our minds the next day. After explaining to Ellen what we wanted, she promptly got back to us with options that fit our requirements. Never did she push a place we weren't comfortable with, which happens at times with other agents. When we came across buildings she wasn't responsible for, she quickly found a connection and got us a showing. I've worked with quite a few agents in the past and Ellen is, without a doubt, the best I've come across. Professionalism: A+ Communication: A+ Easy to work with: A+." - Debrah
"Ellen Silverman was extremely helpful when it came to the approval process, especially since she lives in the building and knows all of the board members. I had a certain time frame to move and Ellen communicated that information to the management company. Ellen also is available to answer any questions I have even after the application process. I would recommend Ellen as a broker because she listens to what you need, she provides several options and answers any questions you have during the search and application process." -Connie
