From New York Hustle to Florida Sunshine
Raised in New Rochelle, New York, Ellen's path to real estate success has been inspiring. After earning her degree from Hofstra University, Ellen thrived in New York City's fast-paced garment industry. That fast-talking, high-energy experience honed her negotiation skills long before her real estate career began.
Her real estate journey began in Manhattan, where she purchased, renovated, and sold several properties. What started as a personal investment journey quickly evolved into a passion for real estate. Ellen fell in love with the process — from transforming spaces to navigating sales — and realized her skills could help others achieve their property dreams as well.
With a successful career in the women's garment industry, Ellen transitioned full-time into real estate upon relocating to South Florida in 2008. In 2008, Ellen moved to Fort Lauderdale — during one of the toughest real estate markets in history. Determined to excel, she dove deep into mastering contracts, knowing that in Florida, realtors are responsible for writing them (unlike in New York where attorneys handle the job). Ellen's dedication to mastering this craft gives her clients a major advantage in every transaction.
