Elliot Barkan

Elliot Barkan moved to Arizona from Ohio in 2006 to attend Arizona State University. While living in the dorms on ASU campus he obtained his real estate license and began leasing and selling homes to other students and families. After several years of learning the market and building a business; Elliot founded his investment companies. The main focus of these companies is developing new residential properties. Elliot began flipping properties in 2010 and after completing several hundred projects he obtained his contracting license and transitioned to larger scale renovations and new construction spec houses. Although his focus is on residential speculative development, Elliot enjoys exploring any development opportunity in the real estate world.
