Before transitioning into real estate, Eloisa spent 15 years in the banking and financial services industry, serving as a Branch Manager and guiding clients through asset management and long-term financial decisions. Her corporate leadership background brings a strong foundation in strategy, negotiation, and attention to detail, allowing her to guide clients with confidence through complex and meaningful transactions.
Raised in South Florida, Eloisa has spent over 46 years living between Miami and Broward County, including the Fort Lauderdale area. Her deep roots and firsthand knowledge of the communities, neighborhoods, and market trends give her clients a true local advantage. She is proud to call South Florida home and is passionate about helping others find their place in the area she knows and loves so well.
At the heart of Eloisa’s life and business is her faith. Eloisa, along with her husband Dave, leads a Bible talk, and together they are deeply involved in their church community. They actively support organizations that serve children in foster care, believing that service is a calling and that real impact begins with love, consistency, and compassion.
Eloisa is a devoted wife, a proud mother of two children, and the loving owner of their sweet Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier, who brings joy and balance to their home.
