Hi, I’m Emilio Perales — a proud Texas native, seasoned REALTOR®, and trusted Broker with deep roots in Central Texas. Born in Corpus Christi and raised in Pleasanton, I learned early on from my father, a hard-working brick mason, that integrity, grit, and dedication are the foundation for lasting success.

After graduating from Pleasanton High School, I served over 21 years in the U.S. Army, including deployments in Desert Shield/Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom. The military gave me a global perspective, but more importantly, it taught me how to build relationships quickly, adapt under pressure, and lead with purpose — all qualities I bring to the real estate world every day.

I began my real estate career in 2002 while still on active duty, and today, I’m proud to serve as Principal Broker for two brokerages, leading a team of over 55 professionals across four office locations.

I’ve called Central Texas home since 1990, We have one daughter Crystal, and our two beautiful granddaughters. When I’m not working, you’ll find me with family, enjoying the 3-PK Ranch, or cheering on my grandkids in their many activities throughout the year.
