Emily Anderson

A native Texan, Emily grew up in Colleyville and has been a resident of DFW for over 25 years. She graduated with honors from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Her background in marketing combined with her love of technology have given her a unique, data-driven ability to drive value for clients. She began her career in real estate as an investor and quickly fell in love with the opportunity to empower people and communities to thrive through real estate. Emily is known for her upbeat personality, exceptional work ethic, and organized professional demeanor that allows her to serve clients with excellence. Prior to joining Compass, she joined a startup team at a $4B+ commercial real estate Saas firm to build and launch a climate tech product aimed at streamlining asset management and incentivizing sustainable utility usage for multi-family owners. She enjoys working with friends and clients across the DFW metroplex and also assists Linda Wells in her real estate projects. In her free time, you can find her running, traveling, and mentoring refugee students in Dallas.
