Emily Beaven 'sold' her first home at 16 after convincing her parents they needed to upgrade to a nearby neighborhood in her hometown in Northeast Ohio.

Prior to real estate, Emily enjoyed a successful career in lifestyle and food & wine marketing communications, which allows her to bring a fresh perspective on marketing, branding, and digital media to help sellers best position their real estate assets in today's dynamic market. She excels in and enjoys helping buyers navigate the sometimes complex and emotional process of purchasing a home or investment property. Emily is a graduate of Kent State University and the Culinary Institute of America. As a former professional cook, Emily keeps her pulse on SF's vibrant culinary scene, and loves sharing food & wine recommendations with her clients. She is an active member of The San Francisco Junior League, Golden Gate Mother's Group, and The Commonwealth Club. Emily lives in Nob Hill with her husband and their son.
