I lost my home in the palisades fire, and a friend referred me to Emily to help me find a new place to live- no small feat in the rental climate currently, and my budget wasnāt high since I had been in a rent controlled place for 13 years. "Emily was so professional, knowledgeable, organized, and just a lovely person to be around. When I was looking for an apartment, I told her exactly what I was looking for and she found so many amazing options for me. She showed me the apartments I wanted to see right away, which was great because I was kind of on a time crunch. Emily knew a lot about the apartments and the general location so it was nice to have all my questions answered. When we found the apartment I loved, the price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay, and Emily negotiated the price for me (which I didnāt even know was possible!) to a number that I was comfortable paying. When it came to signing all the documents and the lease for the apartment, I had a lot of questions and she was always happy to help.
