Emily Ganch is a Walnut Creek native and licensed real estate agent with Compass, bringing both local expertise and a strong analytical background to every client she works with. She graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in Real Estate and has also worked in corporate real estate, where she has gained hands-on experience in lease analysis, site selection, and portfolio management. This dual perspective allows Emily to guide clients with both strategic insight and a practical understanding of the market. Having grown up and currently living in Walnut Creek, Emily has a deep connection to the East Bay and a genuine passion for helping people find their place within it. She is especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers and assisting young professionals in entering the market, empowering them with the knowledge and confidence to build long-term wealth through real estate. Outside of work, Emily enjoys weightlifting, painting, and spending time with family and friends. You can often find her hosting a board game night or relaxing with a good IPA.
