About Emily

Emily understands that buying or selling a home can be a stressful process, so she makes it her number one goal to put clients at ease by listening to their needs, delivering on her commitments, and keeping her clients well-informed throughout the entire process. Emily has a true passion for helping people find their perfect home and loves exploring all of Chicago, which is what led her to become a real estate broker.

Before joining Compass and The Gaffney Group, Emily worked as an auditor at a top accounting firm in Chicago, and most recently held several strategic management positions, each with increasing responsibility, at a large global airline headquartered downtown. She holds a BA in Accounting and a minor in Finance from Ashland University in Ohio. Emily's diverse background and invaluable experience allowed her to develop many skills essential in her career as a real estate agent such as exceptional communication and time management skills, thinking on her feet, being detail-oriented, as well as being a successful negotiator.

When not assisting clients, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, friends, and family, playing fetch with her goldendoodle Riggins, traveling the world, and trying new Chicago restaurants.
