Emily marketed the house and land to appeal to contractors and, with the professional photos, presented the property in a very attractive way. There were a lot of problems with the property, i.e. the need to replace the entire septic system, but that did not deter Emily from focusing on the positive and getting a tremendous amount of foot traffic.
