About Emily
Emily Reichlin (previously Kerr) grew up in Carlsbad, California, where she spent her childhood enjoying life at the beach. She moved to Atlanta in 2019 and quickly fell in love with the cityās vibrant neighborhoods, outdoor escapes, and diverse activities. Her deep understanding of Atlantaās communities allows her to guide clients to homes that perfectly suit their lifestyle and needs.
Emily joins Team Toth as the very first non-family agent, bringing an impressive track record to the team. Over her six-year career in new home sales, she worked in eight communities with esteemed builders, selling more than 180 homes and over $110 million in total volume. Emily was part of communities that earned prestigious accolades, including Community of the Year in 2025 and Mixed-Use Community of the Year in 2024. Known for her client-first approach, she was also nominated as Rookie of the Year for the OBIE Awards.
Before transitioning into real estate, Emily built a strong foundation in luxury hospitality through the Ritz-Carlton Voyager Program. She worked at renowned properties including Bachelor Gulch in Beaver Creek, CO; Kapalua in Maui, HI; and Bacara in Santa Barbara, CA, where she mastered the art of anticipating client needs, delivering personalized solutions, and creating seamless experiences, skills she now brings to every real estate transaction.

Having grown up surrounded by the industry, she is no stranger to the amazing tools and network that Compass offers. As a member of Team Toth, Emily combines her individual expertise with the resources and support of a top-performing team to deliver exceptional results for her clients.
Emily lives in Smyrna with her husband and enjoys attending local events, pilates, exploring Atlantaās food scene, sports games, and concerts.
