Emma Hopkins
Charity
Outside of real estate, giving back is something that truly matters to me. I volunteer with the Contra Costa Solano Food Bank supporting efforts to address food insecurity in our community, and with The Princess Project, helping high school seniors find prom dresses so they can feel confident and celebrated.
I recently completed my Certified Senior Advisor certification, which reflects my deep commitment to supporting older adults as they navigate important life transitions with care, patience, and respect. Staying connected to and supporting the community that has given me so much is incredibly meaningful to me.
Emma Hopkins is a REALTOR® with Compass, based in the firm's Lafayette, California office, and has been active in Bay Area real estate for more than six years. She is currently ranked in the top 1.5% of real estate agents nationwide and represents buyers and sellers across the communities on both sides of the Caldecott Tunnel, including Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Berkeley, and Oakland.
Hopkins is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and a member of Compass's Compass Plus division, a distinction reflecting specialized training in downsizing, estate related sales, and other lifestyle transitions. For buyers, she is known for a thorough approach to due diligence, drawing on an established network of inspectors and engineers, and for guiding clients through competitive, multiple offer situations with a careful, well prepared strategy. For sellers, she focuses on strategic home preparation designed to help clients achieve the highest possible return on their investment.
Hopkins approaches real estate as a significant life event rather than a simple transaction, and her clients cite her attention to detail, negotiation skill, and steady guidance from listing or offer through closing. With longstanding roots in the Bay Area and an extensive local professional network, she provides both on the ground market insight and a high level of service to clients throughout Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Berkeley, Oakland, and the surrounding East Bay.
