Emma St.Laurent

With eight years in NYC real estate experience and an appreciation for the history and architecture of coastal New England, Emma is delighted to bring her expertise to buyers and sellers in Rhode Island.

Since joining Compass in 2016 Emma has been involved in over $350 million of transactions. Prior to joining Compass, she worked for Extell Development, one of New York City’s top luxury residential developers. As a member of an in-house sales team, she gained an extensive understanding of the process of purchasing in a new development, as well as luxury marketing.

Emma has a niche speciality working with sellers to reposition their properties through strategic pricing and thoughtful staging. She prides herself in providing a concierge-like real estate experience for all her clients with end-to-end service, whether it is connecting you with a contractor/recommending a handyman to hang curtains or sourcing the nearest notary service/coordinating a cross-country move. She is passionate about working with buyers looking for historic and character-laden properties; whether you are looking for a fixer upper or a remarkably restored property, she will search high and low to find your next home (and have fun doing it).

Emma is originally from Seekonk, MA and now calls Portsmouth home. She is a graduate of Salve Regina University in Newport, RI where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and played field hockey. In her spare time, Emma enjoys yoga and pilates, skiing, cooking and enjoying the waters and beaches of Rhode Island. Emma is a member of the Aquidneck Land Trust.
