Emmanuella Renelique Saintil (Emma) is a devoted wife, mother of three, and a highly impactful real estate advisor based in Massachusetts. She specializes in helping clients buy, build, sell, and invest in real estate—with a particular passion for supporting first-time homebuyers, new construction projects, and multifamily investments. Her mission is to empower families to build long-term generational wealth through strategic real estate decisions.
Many of Emmanuella’s clients are repeat buyers and investors who have successfully leveraged creative financing options to expand their portfolios—some growing to over 20 units. A proud graduate of Boston College's Carroll School of Management, she brings over a decade of investment management experience to her real estate work.
She recently founded her own real estate company, dedicated to providing high-quality housing in underserved communities.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys traveling, running, cycling, and indulging in family time with her husband, son and twin girls! At her core, she is driven by her faith and deep desire to use her talents to make a lasting, positive impact.
