About Enrique
Enrique Luis Montoya is the Principal and Owner of ELM Real Estate Group. After a 15-year tenure as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Discovery Channel International—where he spearheaded the network’s Digital Revenue Strategy—Enrique decided to channel his Sales and Marketing Expertise into his passion for Real Estate, trading on the world’s largest asset class. He quickly earned Rookie of the Year honors at the world’s largest real estate brokerage and soon launched his own Top-Ranked Group under the same global brand. Most recently, Enrique has partnered with Audrey Ross and is part of The Audrey Ross Team at Compass Coral Gables. Audrey is a true powerhouse in the Miami market, and together we're combining her exceptional real estate expertise with my background in marketing to deliver remarkable results for our clients.
What began as a focus on Brokerage has since evolved.
ELM Real Estate Group has expanded to offer Private Real Estate Funds in partnership with Model Investor Alliance, under the mentorship of renowned investor and entrepreneur Grant Cardone. In just three years, Enrique and his partners have acquired over $220 Million in Assets Under Management across 12 funds—primarily in Texas—delivering Average Annual Returns (AAR) of 18% to 29% to more than 1,000 Investors. Now, Enrique is focused on expanding these investments into South Florida, aiming to Double Investor Returns within short timeframes of 3 to 5 years.
