We are grateful to Ryan Kaplan and Bryttnie Gillis for their professionalism and dedication to our interests as buyers through our recent home purchase experience. As rather particular prospective home buyers who knew what we were looking for, Ryan and Brytt opened the door to many homes for us, though very few were what we were looking for and at the price point we wanted. When one finally came about the offers accelerated from a due date of 2 days to just a few hours, and Ryan and Brytt mobilized quickly and had our offer ready to go within a most unreasonable time frame. We lost out on that property due to a ridiculous winning bid that only made us shake our heads, however as a result, we knew at that moment we had a winning team and if we kept at it, we would find the right property that would become our new home. As it turned out, we had already seen the right property with them previously, and as luck would have it, everything aligned and through a fairly quick process the property owners accepted our offer.
