In a relocation situation, every homeowner's nightmare is the daunting task of selling a house and purchasing a new home within a short period of time. Eric of Compass made our home transition smooth, worry-free, and effortless. His professionalism, proactiveness, honesty, responsiveness, real estate knowledge, and client relationship were top-notch, to say the least. It is hard to find such qualities these days in the saturated business of real estate.

From a seller's point of view, Eric not only brought in multiple qualified buyers immediately to see our house but generated offers of $10k over the asking price within a few days of listing. Home buying is supposed to be stressful, but I looked forward to getting to hang out with Eric. “We were very impressed with Eric from the beginning. He laid out precisely the process from preparing the unit for showing including photographs and marketing strategy. Eric's knowledge of the current real estate market was so impressive, not only did he know current market values, sales and trends, he also also has vast knowledge of future (both short and long term) growth and shifts in all areas within our neigbhorhood. During the escrow process, Eric worked closely with us and the buyer's agent. He was present during the home inspection and also provided us with a network of vendors for all repairs. He personally worked with the vendors to schedule the repairs and was present during them. Eric was always very responsive to requests and ensured all the details were taken care of.
