Eric works in all facets of residential real estate from the purchase and sale of single-family residences, to selling luxury condominiums, and everything in between. A prior Military Officer in the US Air Force, Eric came to DC in 2004. He was recruited for the US State Department prior to finding his home in real estate. Eric's diverse experience and vast knowledge in both new home sales and the resale market allows him to council his clients on innovative strategies and provide unparalleled market insights for every kind of project. Eric is an avid cook who loves to entertain friends and family as well as explore the ever growing food scene of DC. In 2021, he started competing in triathlons completing a 70.3 Ironman, his first race ever. Eric lives in 16th Street Heights, with his partner and their chocolate lab, Abbey. He can often be found running and cycling through Rock Creek Park.
