A prior Military Officer in the US Air Force, Eric came to DC in 2004. He was recruited for the US State Department before finding his full time calling in real estate. Eric's diverse experience and vast knowledge in both new home sales and the resale market allows him to council his clients on innovative strategies and provide unparalleled market insights for every kind of project. Eric is an avid cook who loves to entertain friends and family and explore the ever changing food scene of DC. He is also a triathlete whom you can often find walking, riding and running through Rock Creek Park. Eric lives in 16th Street Heights where he keeps bees and is restoring his home with his partner and their chocolate lab, Abbey.
