The Elkin Team is the #1 Producing North Fork Agent or Team across all brokerages by sales volume,  achieving a record-breaking $107 million in North Fork sales in 2024 alone. After spending eight years in the tech industry, initially in San Francisco and later in New York City, Eric and his wife, Bridget, made the heartfelt decision to call the North Fork their permanent home in 2014. They owned a charming boutique Inn located in Greenport before shifting their focus to real estate.

Bringing together their skills and passions, the couple united professionally after the joyous arrival of their daughter, Remy. Since then, they've seamlessly blended family life with remarkable business acumen, successfully closing contracts totaling over $400 million.

An entrepreneur at heart, Eric is not only devoted to his craft but also a passionate advocate for the unique lifestyle and opportunities that the North Fork offers. This dedication led him to become a Founding Agent at Compass in 2021, driven by a commitment to better serve his clients and to introduce this vibrant community to a broader audience. Continuously shaping the real estate landscape, Eric and Bridget embody the spirit of innovation and excellence, working diligently to contribute positively to the ever-evolving story of the North Fork. 

In 2021, they welcomed their second daughter, Elliot, to the family, and the four of them now reside in the heart of Greenport Village.
