"I think the best thing I can say about Eric is that he consistently puts your interests in front of his own. When we were searching for a home with him, he actively steered us away from situations he thought were not good value, even when they were offering outrageous commissions to him. This happened over and and over again. He is also extremely patient, and did not put any pressure on us to buy something, I believe he said even if this takes a couple of years, I'll help you find your place. Lastly, just want to point out the home he eventually closed for us was at a price about 30% below market, and it is perfect for us.
