"It was an absolute pleasure working with Eric. The business acumen he possesses in South Bay Los Angeles real estate positioned us perfectly to sell the house we were currently in and buy the home of our dreams. Doing a double deal entails many moving parts, and Eric was able to navigate it all, getting us exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend using Eric for all your real estate needs."

"Such a great experience, again. This is the second time Eric has been our realtor. He makes everything run smoothly and has great communication. Eric was always available to show us listings whenever I called. He is very easy going and doesn’t have the hard sales persona. Eric also went above and beyond by helping us move out of our house. Overall, Eric made our experience 5 stars."

"It was a trying experience selling my first home with all the paperwork and requirements that had to be done in order to transfer property in LA which he helped me walk through each page. It will be awhile before I sell my next one and I will be more at ease because of the experience I had with Eric."

"I can’t recommend Eric highly enough. We found our dream home in Hermosa Beach through Eric. His attention to detail, integrity and tireless work ethic helped close what was an extremely complex deal on a multi-million dollar property. Unfortunately, we were a party to one of those rare transactions that go totally awry. And, in retrospect, feel incredibly lucky to have had Eric by our side. Otherwise, it probably would have turned out very differently. In short, after signing the contract and spending our deposit, the sellers tried to get out of the deal as written. Before anything official happened, Eric had sniffed out the trouble that was on the horizon and took a number of steps that ultimately positioned us for a successful close. We’re now living in our dream home right at the beach and couldn’t be happier. I hope it goes without saying that we recommend Eric with the greatest of enthusiasm and the exceptional job that he did for us."

Founder Dig for Kids
As a South Bay native, Eric continues to enjoy many of the same beach community activities he did as a kid. He says, “I have so many fond memories of the Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair, participating in Junior Guards, playing with friends on the Sand Section walk streets, competing in the Six-Man Tournament, and now watching the Manhattan Beach Pier fireworks with my family during Christmas time.” These experiences, along with Eric’s lifelong knowledge of the South Bay, give him exclusive insight about the area which, in turn, benefits each of his clients when it comes to making great real estate decisions.
There are many advantages that Eric brings to his clients as a real estate broker, it’s his world-class competitive history. After winning a Gold Medal as a member of the beach volleyball team at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia, Eric continued to be a dominant and consistent force on the AVP Tour for the past 16 years. He says “My background as an Olympic athlete resonates well with real estate because as a world-class competitor, I didn’t make excuses. It’s the same for my clients and the gold-medal service I provide to each of them, which includes my attention to details and making sure my buyers and sellers are happy when escrow closes.”
In addition to his exceptional abilities as an athlete and realtor, Eric is a true local community activist and honoree. He is the founder/CEO of Dig for Kids which helps children in inner cities excel in school and volleyball. He was named to the UCSB Hall of Fame, Significant Sig by Sigma Chi fraternity, Mira Costa High School Distinguished Hall of Fame, and inducted to the CBVA Hall of Fame. Eric has personally raised over $1.5 million dollars for kids in need and continues to work towards bettering the lives of others within and outside the Beach Cities. “My favorite thing about the South Bay is the beach community. We’re a town who knows our neighbors and helps each other in times of need.”
