"We worked with Eric in 2011 when he found a condo in an up and coming area close to UT, and the Triangle. This was a beautiful two story new build with open concept living and dining and , 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths with a sleek contemporary look which included wood floors on the second level above the concrete floors on the first level, and a fenced on the side, with parking and a closed in garage. He showed us the property and our offer was immediate because he helped us understand the location and the demand for that area. Eric found us a tenant for the property which was done the time we closed! We kept it for two years and it with about 50% return on our investment in 2013!
