Eric is a sixth-generation Texan and long-term Dallas native holds a BA from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. After a brief stint in Austin, Eric and his wife relocated to Dallas, where he embarked on his real estate career alongside his mother, Diana Holmes, focusing on suburban markets despite residing in East Dallas. Following his daughter's birth, Eric decided to concentrate his business efforts on serving the Lakewood and Lake Highlands communities. That decision has benefited him immensely in his professional career. White Rock Lake is home now, and he won't move anywhere else in Dallas.
