Eric Hunter

Eric Hunter is one of the driving leaders behind the Hunter Durham Team and has been passionate about real estate since the start of his career. He began in 1998 as a mortgage broker under one of the most successful mentors in the Phoenix market, an experience that helped shape his deep expertise in financing and deal structure. After helping finalize hundreds of transactions, Eric expanded his knowledge further by purchasing and managing rental properties, remodeling homes, and gaining hands-on experience in construction and residential development.

For the past two decades, Eric’s focus has been helping others build long-term wealth and stability through real estate. He believes in creating value and strengthening communities, not simply consuming resources, and is committed to making a positive impact through the work he does.
