"First time I met Eric King as a real state agent that help me buy a home at Kalaheo Kauai in May of 2018. He is humble, he really want to connect with us and build that relationship. He help us find best locations in Kauai which is in Kalaheo where we are really happy as his customer. His knowledge is very impressive and his communications really great by informing me the details of what is going on and the updated information about the house that we need to buy. His expertise is also great, he knows what need to do for the negotiations of the primary house defects after the house inspections and he helps us repair the house by working with the other sales agent to the house owner.
