Eric has a breadth of real estate experience having worked in sales, valuation, and
asset management. Eric started his career at GE Real Estate, where he underwrote
deals across all major asset classes of commercial real estate for debt and equity
transactions. He then transitioned to Deloitte, where he managed client relationships
and provided risk consulting, valuation, and due diligence services for real estate
investors, banks, REITs, and large institutions. Eric employs a relationship driven
approach, putting the needs of his clients at the forefront.

International Business. He obtained his MBA at the University of Rochester Simon
School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Economics. Eric lives in Jersey
City, and his hobbies include playing the guitar, training Muay Thai, and traveling.
