As a second generation real estate professional I was fortunate to have my father Tom Manring as my mentor upon entering the profession in 2003. He originally was an elementary school principal, then a tennis professional and finally transitioned into real estate where he spent over 25 years as a Realtor in the SW Florida area. I worked side by side with my father and brother, Tyler for 10 years. We sold over 200 million dollars worth of real estate as “The Manring Team”. Tyler & I have continued in our father’s legacy as “The Manring Brothers” and have now sold over 300 million dollars worth of property.

We have a distinct advantage over the vast majority of realtors in this town. My family moved to SW Florida in 1986 when I was just a young boy. I grew up here and watched Naples develop into the vibrant city it is today. We have intimate knowledge of all Naples has to offer. Clients often ask if we specialize in a certain area of SW Florida and the direct answer is, “No”. We specialize in all areas of SW Florida (Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island, Golden Gate Estates, Everglades City & South Ft. Myers). We can navigate our way from beach front high rises to Olde Naples Estates, from family oriented communities to condos for the snow birds escaping the cold winters, from country club property with all the amenities to new construction homes & developments, from vacant land & lots to everything in between. We know every neighborhood and area of SW Florida like the back of our hand.

I’m a real estate advisor first and foremost but I’m also a real estate investor. Since I purchased my first home for $150,000 in Naples back in 2002 I’ve personally purchased and sold over ten million dollars worth of real estate and sold over 20 properties. My true passion outside of helping my clients buy and sell real estate is flipping property. This knowledge is crucial to helping buyers & sellers who need trusted experience with renovations, contractors, repairs, vendors etc.

Born in 1977 in Hamilton, Ohio I’m the middle son of three boys. Having two brothers I grew up in a very competitive environment. We competed and challenged each other daily. Ironically, I’m now a father of three and I’m experiencing life from a parents perspective. I met my beautiful wife Lita in 2006 and we fell in love immediately. We had our oldest son Rylan in 2009, our middle son Kyle followed soon after in 2010 and finally our energetic two year old daughter Mia in July of 2017. Our kids are our life and outside of work they dominate our lifestyle. Naples is an awesome place to raise a family. We have great schools, world class sports programs, a booming economy, white sandy beaches w/ year around sunny weather, endless options for restaurants and shopping. Most importantly we live in a safe community with truly caring neighbors and friends. I can’t wait to introduce you to the property of your dreams.
