About Eric
As a New York City native, Eric Marrus brings an innate knowledge and an unmistakable passion to every facet of his real estate work. From the brownstones of Park Slope to the park-facing co-ops of the Upper West Side,  Eric believes nothing is more rewarding and exhilarating than selling a piece of the city he loves.

A 17-year veteran of the industry, Eric has earned an impeccable reputation with clients and peers alike, while amassing over $500 million in real estate sales. For him, the true art of real estate is matching people with homes that perfectly fit their aesthetics and lifestyles. "This business is not just about properties, it’s about people’s lives and dreams. For me, that's an incredibly important distinction that constantly informs the way I work."

Among Eric's most successful real estate endeavors is his success in facilitating transactions with the international community.  At present time, Eric has sold just under $100M worth of properties to buyers from overseas (many of which remain under his management for rental purposes).  Frequently traveling to global cities such as Hong Kong and Dubai, Eric is proud to serve as a New York City real estate ambassador of sorts.  

Eric holds a B.S. from the University of Vermont. He resides in Soho with his wife and two sons. In his free time, Eric enjoys travel, cooking, photography, and sports.
