Eric Mininberg

Eric is deeply dedicated to diligently serving his clients with kindness, integrity, and professionalism. Eric was born and raised in Potomac, Maryland. He moved to Arizona in 1997 after graduating from the University of Miami. He started Cactus Mat, an industrial laundry business in 1997. As the owner/sales manager, he grew the client base to over 1600 customers, first covering the state of Arizona, then expanding to Las Vegas in 2005. In 2012, the company was acquired by a publicly traded company. Following the sale of the business, he decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. Initially, he was licensed with Berkshire Hathaway (8 years), where he was honored as Top Agent (2016 – 2022), as well as, recognized in the top 2 percent of all Berkshire agents nationwide. Today, he is licensed with Launch Powered By Compass. He exudes an infectious positive energy that has greatly benefited him throughout the years. As a top sales performer, he skillfully nurtures and sustains relationships with all his clients. He consistently demonstrates dedication and diligence in accomplishing tasks while actively seeking to make a positive impact. His greatest strength lies in his remarkable capacity to cultivate enduring connections with people. Through attentive listening, genuine humility, and acts of kindness, he consistently ensures that both his clients and colleagues receive exceptional care and top-notch service. In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife Julie, sons Max (12) and Jack (8), and the family dog Archie. They love to travel and go to baseball games, whether one of the boys’ games, or an MLB game. The family has a goal to see all 30 baseball stadiums and have seen 13 so far!
