About Eric
Eric Pinckert is the Managing Director of Compass’ Northern Central Coast Region and a licensed real estate broker with over 25 years of industry experience.
Eric began his career in Southern California, where he built a successful real estate business focused on the West Side of Los Angeles. After relocating to the beautiful Central Coast and settling in San Luis Obispo, Eric partnered with his father, Erny, to acquire and grow multiple real estate offices under the name Central Coast Realty Group (CCRG). Under their leadership, CCRG expanded to five offices and became a leading independent brokerage on the Central Coast. In 2019, Compass acquired CCRG, establishing the Central Coast Region and unifying Compass’ presence between Northern and Southern California.
A native of the Brentwood area of Los Angeles, Eric is a proud graduate of Loyola High School and the USC Marshall School of Business.
Eric has twice served on the Board of Directors for the local Association of REALTORS®, contributed to numerous committees, and was honored as the San Luis Obispo REALTOR® of the Year in 2017. He has also given back to the community through his long-standing service on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Luis Obispo County.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys quality time with his family, playing golf, and traveling.
