Eric Plotkin

As a proud Los Angeles local, Eric Plotkin has spent his whole life experiencing the unique character of various neighborhoods throughout the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles areas. As such, he developed a passion for real estate very early in life. With every drive through these localities, endless arrays of questions and possibilities bloomed in his mind. While he marveled at the architecture and daydreamed about what life could be like under countless roofs, he knew he wanted to dedicate himself to helping people by sharing that passion.

 

Through the years, Eric has built a career in residential real estate through dedication to detail, integrity, hard work, and relationship building. Not only has he earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Real Estate, but he has also gained experience working in asset management with one of the largest REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) in the country. 

 

By pairing his love of Real Estate with the knowledge he has acquired from academic courses such as Appraisal, Marketing Management, Strategic Management, and Negotiation, Eric prides himself on providing a well-rounded experience that highlights the love and emotion every client deserves to feel in their real estate journey, all while maintaining a smart, strategic, and efficient approach to the process.
