Eric is the founder of The Collective Team: Eric Prigot is the founder of The Collective Team at Compass, a group of like-minded agents built on the belief that great real estate service starts with trust, integrity, and a strong work ethic. A New York area native, Eric has built his career on forming genuine relationships with clients and guiding them through one of life’s most important decisions with confidence and care.
Through his work across multiple markets and partnerships, Eric has developed a national network that allows him to support clients wherever life takes them.
In just five years, Eric and his team closed more than $600 million in sales as a Rocket Homes Partner and Relocation Director for Compass across multiple cities and states, prior to Rocket’s acquisition of Redfin. Eric now oversees the Redfin partnership across numerous regions within Compass. He is committed to providing his clients with the best home-buying and selling experience by leveraging innovative tools and technology to make the real estate process seamless. His work ethic has earned him a reputation for attentive 24/7 service and an approachable personality that often belies his fierce tenacity.
Eric attended Virginia Tech University on a full soccer scholarship. Today, he splits his time between Manhattan and Northern New Jersey. When not working, Eric enjoys traveling with his family and visiting friends across the country and abroad. Back home in New Jersey, you can usually find him playing soccer, training jiu-jitsu, or serving as the family chauffeur to one of his kids’ events.
