The Apartment People has proudly served the Chicago rental market for over 40 years. Founded in 1984, our company was built on innovation and a deep understanding of how people search for apartments. Our founder, Bob Scholl, pioneered an industry that fundamentally changed the way renters and landlords connect—setting standards that are still followed today.
